About Me

I am a registered nurse who is utilising her skills, knowledge and expertise from a successful multi-faceted career in both nursing, senior management and education to provide holistic coaching, tarot readings and reiki therapy.

Qualified to masters level in mentorship with an ILM Coaching accredited qualification I am able to offer a professional and experienced service.

Alongside building a career in nursing, education and management I have been, in the past, a single parent with 2 sons, experiencing all the challenges that this brings. I have competently navigated my way through life challenges, including divorce, single parenting, career development, building resilience and much more.

I build my life around nature, travelling, my horse, maintaining good health and wellbeing. I also find great benefits from open water swimming, walking in nature, yoga and touring in my caravan with my husband.

I am caring, approachable and supportive with a passion for helping people, offering a professional approach to develop their potential and to problem solve.

I find by integrating tarot with coaching and providing a relaxing restorative reiki element provides a holistic and innovative approach to finding balance and well being
